Causas de la deserción escolar en las Instituciones Educativas Julia Restrepo y Jovita Santacoloma de la ciudad de Tuluá

Abstract

Education as a fundamental unit of society, tends training and adaptation of the individual to the world around him and his preparation for working life, among many other benefits. This research work will be performed in order to investigate and determine the causes that are generating the defection of students of educational institutions and Jovita Santacoloma Julia Restrepo Township Tulua and certainly bring negative consequences personally, family and social . Dropout, defined as the interruption or disconnection of students in their studies, is an event that if the child or young person has causes and consequences in educational institutions, families or educational system occurs and it is in this sense that the research will make its contribution, through a descriptive research, while its object of study covers the social and primarily aims to characterize a phenomenon or situation indicating the most relevant features, in this case the 6 dropout . The variables analyzed are the student, the family, the school and the economy. The quantitative approach will prevail in this research, which will be used as tools for data collection surveys and questionnaires primarily, allowing an analysis of information, establish and define hypotheses about the possible causes of this social problem in terms general. Given that we talk about a social phenomenon, qualitative exercises are also developed as such interviews which will apply to students, parents, teachers and principals of the selected schools. A rigorous analysis of the results will be contrasted with theoretical and Carlos Vasco, Skinner and Bruner, in order to generate some Recommendations to provide alternative solutions to this situation which unfortunately affects the future leaders of our society.

La Educación como elemento fundamental de la sociedad, propende la formación y adaptación del individuo al mundo que le rodea y su preparación para la vida laboral, entre muchos otros beneficios. Este trabajo investigativo se realizará con el objeto de indagar y determinar las causas que están generando la deserción de los estudiantes de las instituciones educativas Julia Restrepo y Jovita Santacoloma del municipio de Tuluá y que sin duda alguna traen consecuencias negativas a nivel personal, familiar y social. La Deserción Escolar, entendida como la interrupción o desvinculación de los estudiantes de sus estudios, es un evento que aunque le ocurre al niño, niña o joven tiene causas y consecuencias en las instituciones educativas, las familias o el sistema educativo y es precisamente en este sentido que la investigación hará su aporte, a través de una investigación de tipo descriptiva, en tanto que, su objeto de estudio abarca el ámbito social y fundamentalmente pretende caracterizar un fenómeno o situación concreta indicando sus rasgos más relevantes, en este caso la deserción escolar. Las variables que se analizarán son el estudiante, la familia, la institución educativa y la economía. El enfoque cuantitativo predominará en esta investigación, donde se utilizarán como instrumentos para la recolección de la información las encuestas y los 5 cuestionarios primordialmente, lo que permitirá realizar un análisis de la información, establecer y definir hipótesis sobre las posibles causas de esta problemática social en términos generales. Teniendo en cuenta que hablamos de un fenómeno social, también se desarrollarán ejercicios de tipo cualitativo tales como las entrevistas los cuales se aplicarán a estudiantes, padres de familia, docentes y directivos de las instituciones educativas seleccionadas. Un análisis riguroso de los resultados obtenidos serán contrastados con teóricos como Carlos Vasco, Skinner y Bruner, con el objetivo de generar algunas recomendaciones que permitan brindar alternativas de solución a esta situación que Desafortunadamente afecta a los futuros líderes de nuestra sociedad.
