| dc.description.abstract | El sobrepeso y la obesidad son una acumulación exagerada de grasa, siendo un factor de riesgo importante en enfermedades crónicas tales como: diabetes, enfermedades cardiovasculares y cáncer. Su crecimiento ha sido notable a lo largo de los años, reiterando que hoy en día es un problema que presenta gran importancia a nivel mundial, por lo anterior, se busca hacer una revisión bibliográfica con la finalidad de conocer conceptos, situación actual de la problemática a nivel nacional e internacional, factores internos y externos que inciden en la obesidad infantil, la prevención y las consecuencias que trae consigo a nivel físico y psicológico para la edad temprana, por ende, en la edad adulta, presentando algunos métodos útiles para la prevención y enmarcando que un diagnostico prematuro es significativo a la hora de crear intervenciones o cambios de hábitos para disminuir el riesgo de generar nuevas comorbilidades. | spa |
