| dc.description.abstract | Esta monografía busca analizar sí los actos legislativos, que han modificado la Constitución Política de 1991 cuyo objeto verse sobre la administración pública hasta el año 2016, han permitido el mejoramiento de la misma. Para lo cual se diseñó conocer los actos legislativos que han reformado las Constitución Política de 1991 hasta el año 2016, luego identificar los actos legislativos que han reformado las Constitución Política de 1991 hasta el año 2016, cuyo objeto sea la administración pública y de este modo llegar finalmente una apreciación de los actos legislativos emitidos hasta el año 2016, cuyo objeto corresponda a la administración pública, han permitido el mejorado de ésta. | spa |
