| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio investigativo, desarrolla la afectación material a la seguridad de los líderes sociales en Colombia entre noviembre de 2016 y diciembre de 2021, siendo esta una fecha posterior a la firma del Acuerdo de Paz suscrito entre el Gobierno Nacional y las FARC-EP. Para ello se tuvo en cuenta una metodología con enfoque cualitativo, predominando como técnica de recolección de la información la revisión bibliográfica. En esta investigación se identificaron los desarrollos jurisprudenciales de la Corte Constitucional orientados a garantizar la seguridad de líderes sociales, revisando particularmente los casos de las mujeres lideresas, el retiro de las medidas por parte de la UNP y la predilección avalada en caso de arraigo étnico. A su vez identificar los principales factores de riesgo que inciden en la afectación a la seguridad de líderes sociales en Colombia, encontrándose entre ellos ser firmante del Acuerdo de Paz (reincorporado a la vida civil), ser considerado un cuerpo corrupto y ser líder de junta de acción comunal o veredal. Finalmente, se estableció la evolución y comportamiento de la violencia contra líderes sociales en Colombia entre el período bajo estudio, en este sentido se encontró que el año con mayor afectación en esta materia fue el 2020 con un total de 310 asesinados y siendo el departamento del cauca el que presentó mayor implicación. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research study develops the material affectation to the security of social leaders in Colombia between November 2016 and December 2021, being this a date after the signing of the Peace Agreement signed between the National Government and the FARC-EP. For this purpose, a methodology with a qualitative approach was taken into account, predominating as a technique for collecting information the literature review. In this research, the jurisprudential developments of the Constitutional Court aimed at guaranteeing the security of social leaders were identified, reviewing particularly the cases of women leaders, the withdrawal of measures by the UNP and the predilection endorsed in the case of ethnic roots. At the same time, the main risk factors affecting the security of social leaders in Colombia were identified, among them being a signatory of the Peace Agreement (reincorporated to civilian life), being considered a corrupt body and being a leader of a community action board or veredal. Finally, the evolution and behavior of violence against social leaders in Colombia during the period under study was established, in this sense it was found that the year with the greatest affectation in this matter was 2020 with a total of 310 murdered and being the department of Cauca the one with the greatest involvement. | eng |
