| dc.description.abstract | En el trabajo se llevará a cabo un diagnóstico en el área de almacenamiento e inventarios, que permitirá identificar deficiencias relacionadas con la logística en el contexto de la planificación estratégica. Es decir, este diagnóstico posibilitará detectar que en esta área es necesario realizar dos acciones clave: reorganizar el espacio y contratar más personal, así como implementar mecanismos de seguimiento y control de inventarios, contar con un software que permita identificar los niveles de existencias, entre otras acciones. Estas medidas se establecerán una vez que se analice la información recopilada mediante una encuesta aplicada a los empleados responsables de esta área, la cual se presentará a través de gráficos interpretados con la metodología descriptiva. En última instancia, se concluye que la aplicación del Ciclo PHVA en sinergia con la logística permitirá la articulación de un plan que contribuya al mejoramiento continuo. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | At work, a diagnostic assessment will be carried out in the storage and inventory area, aiming to identify deficiencies related to logistics within the context of strategic planning. In other words, this diagnosis will enable the recognition that two key actions are necessary in this area: reorganizing the space and hiring more personnel, as well as implementing mechanisms for monitoring and controlling inventories, having software that can identify stock levels, among other actions. These measures will be established after analyzing the information collected through a survey applied to the employees responsible for this area, which will be presented through graphs interpreted with descriptive methodology. Ultimately, it is concluded that applying the PHVA Cycle in synergy with logistics will facilitate the development of a plan contributing to continuous improvement. | eng |
