observación del lugar, acerca de la situación de los agricultores del Municipio de El Dovio Valle del Cauca y el análisis
que se hace acerca de las condiciones que se pueden mejorar y tener en cuenta para efectuar un agronegocio en
búsqueda de mejorar la calidad y la cantidad de producción de hortalizas de la zona del Dovio y disminuir los altos
costos en insumos, tecnología, y distribución, para mejor la capacidad de producción de los agricultores y así contar
con productos de buena calidad de forma constante y permanente lo que permitirá llevar a cabo negociaciones con
supermercados de cadena que exigen la constancia y calidad en las entregas
Actualmente los agricultores del Dovio Valle no cuentan con la organización suficiente para cultivar y dar un valor
agregado a su producto; esto se debe altos costos de la maquinaria agrícola e insumos, impidiendo la adquisición
de equipos nuevos que permitan mejorar la siembra y recolección del producto, la inexistencia de canales de
distribución por lo que se ven obligados a vender su producción en el cultivo a un precio muy bajo, y esto no les
permite sembrar cultivos más grandes, mejorar su tecnología y por ende no tienen una oferta constante les permita
ser más competitivos.
Se busca implementar un agronegocio para que los agricultores tengan una mayor rentabilidad y puedan invertir en
la siembra de cultivos más grandes y tecnificados que permitan obtener productos de una mejor calidad y a un menor
costo, mejorando las prácticas agrícolas con la implementación de nueva maquinaria, la eliminación de intermediarios
y la creación de canales de distribución a altas cadenas del mercado y brindando capacitaciones por parte del SENA,
llegando aumentar la productividad y competitividad del municipio del Dovio Valle, permitiendo mejores negociaciones
